Charteris has been supporting Barclays Bank following the creation of a Group-wide Chief Technology Office as part of its drive to maximise value from IT investment. Working for the Group Chief Technology Officer, Charteris consultants have defined an organisational model for technology management and prioritisation which draws together available investment capital, strategic business themes, technology opportunities and architectural frameworks.
