CAI is one of the leading providers of venture capital in the City. CAI asked Charteris to carry out a technology due diligence of a company in an emerging mobile commerce sector. A Charteris team interviewed the board and technical management of the target company to assess its capabilities in design, development, manufacture, and supply chain management. Charteris also analysed the companys future strategy for Internet based products and services before making recommendations to CAI.
