Test strategy and planning for a programme to migrate the technology operations of two acquired banks onto the corporate platforms used by the client.
Situation
The client was undertaking a major integration programme to further improve its cost income ratio and to enable stronger revenue growth by two recently acquired subsidiary banks:
- Migrating the customer and account data for two subsidiary banks onto its corporate IT platforms and applications
- Enhancing the functionality of corporate applications to support mandatory requirements for the subsidiary operations
Charteris Role

- Programme management services to oversee the development of the overall test strategy and plans plus the commissioning of a ‘like live’ final test environment
