Situation

The client embarked on a major programme to migrate some financial information products onto the web, and turned to Charteris to provide several skilled consultants in specific roles to ensure achievement of their demanding deadlines.

Charteris Role

The Charteris consultant in this project worked closely with the inhouse development & operations team as well as international banking and credit card payment organisations to devise a viable project plan. The plan was then implemented, and the new registration and payment applications were delivered to the business on time.

The consultant was then retained to manage a high-profile user testing phase; when this was completed successfully, the complete system was handed over for live operation.
