Situation
Iris Software is a software house that develops and sells integrated application software for professional accountancy practices and finance professionals. A strategic decision was made to adopt the .NET Framework as the development platform of choice. However, Iris Software needed support in migrating to it.
Solution
Charteris advised on which elements of the .NET Framework were appropriate for Iris Software and provided support in its adoption drawing upon the practical experience gained from working directly with Microsoft on some of their key software development projects over the last 2 years.
