Scenario
Extended technical consultancy for integration of a mainframe insurance application with PC-based system.
Situation
Nationwide is the worlds largest building society. They required assistance in integrating a third party mainframe-based insurance product with the Societys existing Windows-based Online Bank.
Charteris Role
Charteris initially provided some technical advice to supplement the Societys internal architectural consultancy service. The role was later extended into several other areas.
Solution
Charteris involvement has expanded to include system design work, technical mentoring and development services. Drawing on the Charteris teams extensive experience gained on early .Net projects at Microsoft, they have also provided some tailored .NET training.
