Situation
Reuters is the leading global provider of financial information, news and technology solutions to financial institutions, the media, corporates and individuals. In 2001 Reuters announced their intention to develop Reuters Messaging – a high security, instant messaging solution for the worlds financial markets.
Charteris Role
As part of its implementation programme, Reuters asked Charteris to provide proven project management support to drive a successful delivery.
Solution
Our experience of managing project risk whilst delivering solutions on time to market provided the client with confidence that his business needs would be met. A Charteris consultant was appointed for the duration of the programme to manage integration, testing and deployment of the systems.
