Charteris Executive Breakfast Seminar
Charteris is hosting a series of intimate and informal seminars offering interviews with a select group of speakers and giving attendees the opportunity to raise questions and discuss key points in a relaxed environment. The first seminar invites senior executives to the fabulous RSA to enjoying a continental breakfast while learning some secrets about multi-channel retailing, implementing business change and how technology may influence stores of the future. The speakers are;
- Stefan Lesser who played a leading role in Metro Group’s ‘Store of the Future’ and will share some of his findings and predictions for the future of in-store technology and customer shopping.
- Helen Stevens is Director of Broadcast Resources at ITV, who’ll talk about implementing a major business change programme in a complex multi-channel/platform environment, creating efficiencies in the supply chain by winning hearts and minds across the organisation.
- Gill Hide leads the Retail Consultants at Charteris. She will review the impact that multi-channel is having on retailers and discuss how retailers have responded to the challenges highlighted by Charteris’ Multi-Channel Retail Survey one year on.
