Clifford Chance
Charteris performed a security review of Clifford Chance's client communications and developed an incident response plan. CliffordChanceConnect (CCConnect) is an on-line service that allows clients to communicate securely, and provides a collaborative environment for deals, advisory matters and cases. Security of the information on CCConnect is critical to the relationship of trust that exists between Clifford Chance and its clients. Following Charteris' work, Clifford Chance now has a detailed plan for the protection of CCConnect, whether security is threatened by a skilled attacker or by simple user error.

Olswang
Charteris assisted leading law firm Olswang with revitalising its IT infrastructure. Challenged by rapid business growth, expansion into new buildings and the need to service a technologically leading-edge client base, Olswang has drawn on Charteris to catalyse the development of IT systems and procedures that match the business challenges. Charteris also reorganised the IT function and mentored the new organisation through its formative period.

Pinsent Masons
Charteris was asked to undertake a 'Health-Check' on a project to introduce a Practice Management System. This involved investigations with the chosen suppliers and within Masons. Charteris made clear recommendations about both the soundness of the system and its successful introduction into the business. These recommendations were accepted by the firm and Charteris was retained to help manage the introduction of the system. One partner commented that he liked the way Charteris were prepared to roll up their sleeves and get the job done and that had been a key factor in getting the system implemented.
