Expert Witnesses
Charteris has the strongest team of IT expert witnesses in the UK. We have more than 20 experienced practitioners who have acted as experts.
Most of our experts have 20–35 years' experience of IT. Several have appeared in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) and other courts. They are familiar, from experience, with the processes of mediation, arbitration and litigation. However, they are not "professional experts"; all are practising IT management consultants, technical architects or seasoned developers, who bring their current expertise to the case.
