Expert Determination
Expert Determination offers a final means of settling disputes that gives the parties total flexibility concerning how the determination is conducted.
Unlike Arbitration, where for example it would not normally be appropriate for an Arbitrator to meet one party alone, no such restrictions are placed on Expert Determination. We can deploy our full commercial, technical and analytical capabilities to provide a legally-binding resolution according to the procedure desired by the parties.
